Right of withdrawal
Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Article 50 to
Article 68 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Code of Consumption -
SECTION II - CONTRACTS AT A DISTANCE. This legislation provides in
favour of the consumer the right to withdraw from contracts or from
contractual proposals, guaranteeing him the right to return the
product purchased.
The right of withdrawal does not
apply:
- to products opened in their packaging by the consumer
- in the absence of the original packaging
- in the absence of integral elements of the product
(accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.)
- for damage to the product
If the customer decides to return the item the
following obligations shall apply
- to bear the shipping costs for sending the same purchased item
to our premises
- the return of the goods must be made by traceable shipment
- to ensure the necessary protection of the item, in order to
avoid damage during transport
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is
necessary:
- communicate to M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc within and
not beyond 14 solar days from receipt of the goods ,
the desire to withdraw from the contract by contacting the shop's
administrative office by sending an email to
e-shop@mgelectrics.it.
The reimbursement of the expense (excluding and at
net of the shipping costs inherent to the sale by
MGELECTRICS STORE of the goods purchased), will take place by bank
transfer made within 15 days working from the time of receipt of
the goods at our headquarters and upon complete control of the
same. To this end, the customer must indicate the necessary bank
details to the operation.
