Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following general terms and conditions of contract shall apply to all commercial transactions conducted via the website of M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc and its customers. Any general terms or conditions that differ from those set out herein shall have no legal validity. M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc accepts no liability whatsoever for any inability to use or access this website and the services associated with it. M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc shall not be held liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of computers, whether owned by M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc or by third parties (including users registered on the site). M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc shall in no way be held liable for damages resulting from the failure or incorrect provision of services relating to the website due to the incorrect or failure of software, applications or electronic computers connected to or interacting with it, whether caused by structural defects or by users registered on the site or by other persons having access to the network. The products displayed online do not constitute any form of legally binding offer and are provided for purely informational purposes as an online catalogue showcasing the product range; the information accompanying the product, with the exception of the sale price, is to be considered indicative, including images of individual products. M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc reserves the right to refuse the service offered should the products prove to be unavailable, even after the sales contract has been finalised and notwithstanding the financial transaction relating to the contract having been completed. Any form of payment or service of any kind provided by the customer in relation to the product that proves to be unavailable will be refunded. Any legal action by the customer against M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc is therefore excluded.

Should an invoice be requested, this is subject to a minimum order value of €35.00 excluding VAT and delivery charges. Below this amount (€35.00 excluding VAT and delivery charges), an invoice will not be issued but a receipt will be provided.

Any order confirmed but not paid for within 24 hours of receiving the relevant order confirmation will be cancelled and deemed void.

Orders with an OVERSEAS DELIVERY ADDRESS

For orders placed with a delivery address outside Italy’s national borders (where the goods are delivered to a FOREIGN destination), the minimum order value is 500.00 euros; VAT will be applied to this amount if the recipient (even if based abroad) is a PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL (B2C) or a business NOT REGISTERED with the VIES register. Orders below this threshold (€500.00) cannot be accepted or processed.
