Delivery methods
Shipments will be made by express courier. The delivery methods
require that packages be delivered to the first access door of the
location indicated by the user. Under no circumstances will the
courier deliver to upper floors. The purchaser will therefore be
responsible for moving the package inside their home/office. In
general, any information regarding delivery dates is to be
considered indicative and therefore not legally binding.
In the case of purchases with the ‘collection in store’ option,
once payment has been verified by our administrative office, the
customer is free to collect their purchase during the shop's
regular opening hours, i.e. Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 12:30 and
from 14:30 to 18:30 and Saturday mornings from 08:30 to 12:00.
Processing times:
Upon receipt of payment, orders are processed and dispatched
(for items in stock) within 24/48 hours on working days. For items
that are made to order and not in stock, the delivery times are
indicated when requesting a quote or communicated after
confirmation of the order and receipt of payment.
If an order contains items that are partially
available, delivery will be made in a single
consignment once all items are in stock. Early
partial delivery may be requested subject to an additional charge
for supplementary delivery costs, equivalent to the costs specified
in the relevant order, to be paid in advance by bank transfer,
PayPal or credit card.
Goods are delivered approximately within 24/96 hours of the
package being picked up by the carrier.
The delivery times are indicative and cannot be considered
