Warranty:
All products purchased from M.G.ELECTRICS STORE Snc are
covered by the manufacturer's warranty under the following
terms:
- Two (2) years from the date of issue of the sales
receipt for sales made to private customers
- One (1) year from the date of issue of the sales
invoice for sales made to VAT-registered customers
- The warranty is provided provided that the purchase is
documented by the receipt or invoice issued by
M.G.ELECTRICS STORE SNC at the time of sale of the goods in
question.
- The goods must not have been tampered with or damaged due to
improper use and must not be outside the maximum warranty
period.
- In the case of products that have their own dedicated
packaging, where the brand/model/serial number, if any, and
technical characteristics of the product are indicated, the
warranty can be applied ONLY if the original
packaging is present.
- The transport costs for returning the defective goods
purchased by the customer to the seller (M.G.ELECTRICS STORE) are
entirely borne by the purchaser.
- Only if, after thorough checks, the defect in
the goods in question is confirmed, will the transport costs
incurred by the customer be fully reimbursed by the seller
(M.G.ELECTRICS STORE) to the customer by bank transfer ONLY
AND UPON presentation of proof of expenditure certified by the
relevant expense document; In this specific case, the
seller (M.G.ELECTRICS STORE) will provide the customer with a new
item identical to the defective one or the same item repaired and
in working order, with the relevant shipping costs borne entirely
by the seller (M.G. ELECTRICS STORE).
- If the goods are not defective and free from
defects, they will be returned to the customer with carriage
forward, and the customer will be charged for the return shipping
costs.
